Location: All UK Offices (Birmingham or London preferred)

As our Head of Partner Recruitment, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our global growth strategy by identifying, attracting, and integrating exceptional lateral partners from a diverse talent pool.


This is more than a recruitment role--it's a strategic leadership opportunity to influence the future of our firm.


What You'll Be Doing



Lead the Strategy: Design and implement a market-leading global partner recruitment strategy aligned with our business goals and DEI ambitions. Source Top Talent: Proactively identify and engage high-calibre candidates through market mapping and direct sourcing. Build Relationships: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the firm, including Group Heads, Sector Heads, and International Leaders. Drive the Process: Manage the full lifecycle of partner recruitment--from initial engagement to offer management and onboarding. Champion the Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and inclusive journey for every candidate. Monitor Success: Work with finance and business teams to track new partner performance and support long-term integration.

What You'll Bring



Significant experience in a senior, strategic recruitment role--ideally within the legal or professional services sector. A proven track record in partner-level hiring and direct sourcing. Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills. Familiarity with external search firms and market intelligence. A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
