What you'll do

Contact all inbound patient enquiries for

Euro Dental Care

and convert them into booked consultations. Take full ownership of the patient journey up to consultation stage, building trust and confidence every step of the way. Use advanced sales psychology to uncover needs, overcome objections, and guide patients to a "yes." Reactivate old leads and no-shows with persistent, value-driven follow-up. Be the sharp, confident, and persuasive first impression of

Euro Dental Care

. Converting consultations to paid treatments and dealing with finance. Track calls, conversations, and conversions in our CRM to optimise performance.

What we're looking for

A background in

sales, telesales, upselling, or front-of-house roles

with conversion responsibilities. Dental experience and experience closing dental treatments preferred. Someone

target-hungry

, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based earnings. Exceptional communication skills, able to build rapport quickly and lead conversations with confidence and communicate well internally. Resilient, competitive, and calm under pressure. Experience in dentistry, aesthetics, or private healthcare is a bonus, but not essential.
