About the Role:





Working with the HR Director, HR Team and operations, in this hybrid role you will balance the delivery of HR services to your region, with wider strategic HR activity that will deliver on the organisational vision 'to inspire our people to be the best they can be.'



Delivering best in class, you will:



1.Support your hotels in Scotland and Newcastle to engage in HR activity and adopt all tools available



Lead, deliver and facilitate for the wider HR team, on specific projects to help deliver the HR Strategy...


Therefore, engaging our people, creating a culture of excellence, celebrating growth ... and helping to achieve our HR goals!
