As the Cluster Head of People for the UK & Ireland, you will play a critical role in leading the People agenda while driving transformation to meet dynamic business needs. Reporting directly to the Head of People, Customer Unit Northern and Central Europe (CU NCE), you will guide a team of People Business Partners and act as a key advisor and strategic partner to business leaders within your cluster. Your focus will be on shaping organizational capabilities, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability, and driving people strategies aligned with the broader EMEA vision. You can achieve this by having a deep understanding of the market, industry, and trends, maintaining industrial and employee relations, implementing processes, tools, programs, practices, strategies, and solutions and ensuring compliance. This influential role requires a strong business-oriented People / HR manager who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and collaborative environment. Your leadership will help refine and execute modern People strategies, address talent opportunities, and support workforce transformation efforts. Join our Team What will you do 1. People Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute the People strategy that aligns with the strategic direction and unique challenges of the EMEA CU NCE. Collaborate with global and regional People teams to ensure alignment with overall Ericsson priorities. Foster innovation in talent management, diversity, and inclusion practices to enhance engagement and retention. Team Leadership: Lead, empower, and mentor a team of People Business Partners, strengthening their functional competence and business acumen. As well as execution of People programs and practices, including balancing daily operations Build a continuous learning environment that fosters professional growth and high performance. Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the UK & Ireland leadership team on people and organizational matters. Influence cultural transformation and drive change initiatives to improve operational and business outcomes. Organizational Development: Enable strategic workforce planning by identifying trends, talent gaps, and areas for operational efficiency improvement. Lead initiatives shaping capabilities, talent pipelines, and succession plans customized to the UK & Ireland needs. Engagement and Transformation: Lead efforts to refresh organizational culture, driving engagement through innovative policies and programs. Partner with business and People teams to anticipate workforce needs and implement solutions that address both immediate and long-term goals.
