About the Role



We're hiring a

foundational Head of Performance Marketing

to take ownership of customer acquisition across all digital channels. You'll be our go-to person for driving growth -- hands-on across paid media, SEO, CRO, analytics, and funnel performance.

This is a builder role: you'll create the acquisition engine from the ground up, working directly with the founding team and owning the budget, strategy, and execution. Ideal for someone who's equally strong in growth strategy and campaign delivery.

What You'll Do



Own Growth Strategy & Execution



Build and execute the performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and SEO Launch and scale campaigns to drive high-quality leads/customers at efficient CAC Set up the analytics infrastructure to measure acquisition effectiveness across channels

Deliver & Optimise Campaigns



Run Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn (and any other relevant platforms) with full budget ownership Test creative, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve ROI Build landing pages and optimise website journeys to improve conversion rates (using tools like Webflow)

Data & Reporting



Define core acquisition metrics and build a weekly/monthly reporting cadence Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, and funnel drop-off -- and act quickly to optimise Run experiments (A/B tests) to improve conversion and scale what works

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with the founders, product, and content to align campaigns with growth priorities Collaborate on messaging, positioning, and creative for both B2C and B2B campaigns

What Success Looks Like (KPIs in First 6-12 Months)

Who You Are



4-6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth fintech startup Deep experience running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Strong with marketing analytics, attribution, and experimentation Comfortable wearing multiple hats - strategic, creative, technical, and executional Can work independently, prioritise ruthlessly, and move fast Bonus: experience with Webflow, Hubspot, Brevo, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools
