Head of Personnel - Covering Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire & Lincolnshire

Location: Multi-site (travel required across the East Midlands)

Treeline Dental is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Personnel to support our practices across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and Lincolnshire.

This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone with a strong HR background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for people. You'll play a vital role in shaping our team culture, supporting our managers, and helping to deliver our vision for patient-centred care through an engaged and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:- Leading on recruitment and staff engagement across multiple sites- Supporting practice managers with day-to-day HR matters- Developing and delivering HR strategies aligned with business growth- Ensuring HR processes are fair, compliant, and people-focused

About You:- CIPD-qualified (or working towards)- Experience in a multi-site or healthcare setting- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Confident, approachable, and solution-oriented- Willingness to travel across the region as required

Pay: From 37,440.00 per year
