We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of PMO to drive the successful delivery of client projects and internal programmes. You'll ensure our delivery operations are efficient, scalable, and always aligned with customer needs, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture. You'll champion continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence.

About the role

You will:

Lead the Project Management Office to deliver high-quality client outcomes and internal initiatives. Own and manage budgets, forecasting, and revenue recognition across multiple customer portfolios and product lines. Champion the development and coaching of project managers, fostering a culture of ownership and growth. Personally manage a selection of high-impact or complex client projects, ensuring delivery excellence. Act as a senior escalation point for client programmes, providing swift resolution and proactive support. Drive continuous improvement through project reviews, retrospectives, and feedback loops with delivery squads and clients. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between delivery, sales, systems, and professional services teams, and partner with presales to align delivery timelines and resource planning for upcoming projects.

About you

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience leading a PMO function within a digital agency environment. A strong track record of delivering complex projects and programmes, with a focus on operational excellence. Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving revenue recognition. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A collaborative approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.
