We are recruiting a Head of Portfolio to join a global brand on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role to the business and you\'ll be driving the digital transformation agenda.

What you\'ll be doing
As Head of Portfolio you will play a crucial role in providing tech business partnership for the eCommerce function. You will be responsible for ensuring secure and sustainable IT service delivery and continuity. You will work closely with the senior members of the eCommerce function driving their Digital Transformation agenda by effectively communicating and defining business needs and benefits. This will involve developing well-documented business cases and strategy roadmaps. Collaboration with other IT functions will also be essential to influence and implement the broader Global IT strategy within the established Enterprise Architecture standards and governance.

You will also provide valuable insights on digital trends technology benchmarking and innovation to the business leadership teams. These discussions will focus on leveraging technology to drive business growth and establish new operating models that align with the goals and ambitions of each function.

You will oversee a global team of business analysts solution architects development managers and project managers. Your role will involve empowering engaging and inspiring the team to meet challenging objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

What experience you\'ll need
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and building high-performing global IT teams in a true DevOps environment specifically in handling agile and cost-effective E-Commerce changes as a Head of Portfolio or Head of IT Portfolio.
  • Proven track record of implementing E-Commerce solutions at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of integration and security products relevant to E-Commerce such as Mulesoft and Forgerock and familiar with SAP Hybris Adobe Commerce or Magento.
  • Understanding of Cyber Risk and Compliance issues associated with E-Commerce platforms.
  • Experience in architecting and evaluating different vendor solutions is preferable.
  • Familiarity with microservices scalability/modularity and SAAS options.
  • Effective communicator collaborator and influencer at the senior leadership level within a business.
  • Highly commercial dynamic enthusiastic flexible creative personable self-motivated results-driven inquisitive proactive innovative ethical culturally sensitive detail-oriented and comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
