Your Impact




As Head of PR and Social, you will:

Own and deliver the brand strategy, creating content that builds trust, engagement, and commercial value. Lead the creation of inspiring, multi-channel storytelling across PR, social, influencer, website, and brochureware. Develop structured messaging for different customer segments and products. Manage the Content Calendar to align internal and external communications with business goals. Collaborate across marketing, commercial, and service functions to ensure seamless content delivery. Lead a high-performing team and manage agency partners, fostering development, creativity, and accountability. Monitor performance using metrics such as engagement, traffic, impressions, share of voice, conversion, and sentiment. Drive continual improvement, innovation, and customer-focused marketing that enhances the McCarthy Stone experience.
