Job Description

At least 8-10 years in product roles; progression from product manager senior product manager maybe group product manager or product lead Leadership Proven experience managing teams, this means line managing product managers / product owners (or equivalent). Ideally also experience in building / scaling teams Strategic vision Ability to set product vision & strategy, manage roadmaps, align product work with business goals. Evidence of long-term thinking, trade-off decisions (features vs technical debt, etc Product outcomes Track record of delivering successful products or features; metrics/data to show impact (e.g. growth, revenue contribution, user engagement, retention, etc.)

Strategic Leadership

Define and refine product vision and strategy Translate high-level strategy into multi-year roadmaps across product lines Ensure product initiatives align with company OKRs and growth objectives Manage and coach Group PMs Define and champion best practices in discovery, delivery, and measurement Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations leaders Influence at the executive table while ensuring alignment across all business units

Execution & Outcomes

Oversee end-to-end product delivery across multiple squads / domains Monitor product performance and drive accountability for business outcomes (revenue, engagement, retention, Make investment trade-offs: prioritising resources across product lines

Compensation Range: 90K - 150K
