We're looking for a product leader with payments expertise.



Runa is pioneering a first-of-its-kind payment rail that enables the seamless, global money movement at scale. Legacy banking and payment infrastructure struggles to support the demands of today's low-volume, high-velocity payouts, leading to inefficiencies in global payouts. About the role:




Our Treasury domain owns money, movement and storage - the beating heart of Runa's global payment and treasury network. We deliver a platform and tooling that connects Runa and our customers with the global financial ecosystem, and enables businesses to operate and grow their footprint globally. This includes our FX products; payout rails; and APIs for exposing core money management experiences to our engineers, developers and finance partners.


As Head of Product you'll be a key contributor in product planning, product discovery and product development processes for our treasury group, which manages everything related to payments. You will work in close collaboration with Finance and Engineering teams to build and scale the financial engine that powers the flow of money through our platform.

You'll directly contribute towards replacing legacy payment rails with a financial infrastructure that powers the next generation of payouts experiences Scaling our Payments Engine by working closely with CPTO, Heads of Engineering and Go-To-Market leaders to solve the organisations highest value problems within treasury through product innovation. Establishing and executing against the product strategy and roadmap, bringing together a clear-sighted view of customer need, cutting-edge technology and commercial success Managing and developing a high performing product management and design team of 4. Taking full ownership of sprint-planning and prioritisation of the treasury product roadmap to ensure we achieve our strategic objectives through maintaining a delivery focused mindset Display deep engagement with prospective and existing customers in order to deliver solutions for funding, credit, foreign exchange, payments, billing, and fraud management

What Excites Us



You'll demonstrate a strong product management background with experience in a lead or managerial capacity working for a high growth, technology led scale-up business focused on B2B or B2C payments. You're an expert in payments and treasury and are passionate about sharing your knowledge in various forms. Experience managing Product Managers and Product Designers to deliver major digital product development projects from discovery through to delivery, whilst remaining hands-on in a player coach capacity. You're data driven, able to measure the impact and result through insights, metrics and data and communicate analysis fluently across the leadership level. Experience working across payments or fintech products and/or a strong awareness of the payments industry and associated trends The ability to formulate an innovative product vision and translate complex requirements to technical and non-technical teams, up to C-level
