About the role:
Our Treasury domain owns the movement and storage of money, the core of Runa's global payments network. We build the platform and tools that connect Runa and our customers to the wider financial ecosystem, enabling global growth. This includes FX products, payout rails, and APIs that power money management experiences.
As Head of Product, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the product vision for Treasury. Working closely with Finance and Engineering, you'll help scale the systems that move money through our platform.

What Excites Us
You'll demonstrate a strong product management background with experience working for a high growth, technology led scale-up business.
Experience line managing Product Managers to deliver products from discovery through to delivery, whilst remaining hands-on in a player coach capacity.
You're data driven, able to measure the impact and result through insights, metrics and data and communicate analysis fluently across the leadership level.
Experience working across payments or fintech products and/or a strong awareness of the payments industry and associated trends
The ability to formulate an innovative product vision and translate complex requirements to technical and non-technical teams, up to C-level
