across the world and is available to UK, Indian and German SMEs. Headquartered in central London, with offices in Sofia, Hyderabad, Delhi, Berlin and Belgrade, Tide employs over 2,000 employees.
Tide is rapidly growing, expanding into new products and markets and always looking for passionate and driven people. Join us in our mission to empower small businesses and help them save time and money.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our mission is to enable seamless, secure, and efficient business operations by ensuring every business, individual, and vendor engaging with Tide is onboarded and managed in a compliant, risk-mitigated, and cost-optimised manner. We leverage automation and strategic oversight to enhance security, transparency, and efficiency across all KYX (Know Your Customer/Business) processes, while delivering an exceptional member experience. Our vision is to create a frictionless, scalable, and member-centric environment where every interaction with Tide is trusted, streamlined, and backed by cutting-edge compliance frameworks.
The Onboarding KYX team is the "gatekeeper" of the Tide platform, responsible for secure login and credentials, KYC/KYB verification, and applying ML models to mitigate financial crime risk. As a platform team, we support Tide's go-to-market plans, balancing compliance and member experience while optimising the cost of KYX per member.
