Job Overview



The Head of Product will be an experienced Jewellery Buying expert, owning the full product lifecycle, shaping trend-led, commercially driven and profitable ranges across 1,200 products and 10,000 SKUs, ensuring every piece reflects the Bohomoon aesthetic and brand vision.

You will partner closely with the Founder, Marketing and Operations teams to translate creative vision into scalable product strategies, building the team, tools and processes needed for sustainable growth.

This is a great opportunity to lead the Product function with an exciting brand on an ambitious growth journey.

This is a hybrid role, based 3 days a week in Telford TF3 4LY, Shropshire.

Leadership & Strategy



Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap in line with the Brand vision and commercial goals. Partner cross-functionally with the Marketing team to ensure product stories are aligned with campaigns and community engagement. Own category planning and OTB structure to balance creativity and margin.

Product Development



Oversee all stages of product creation, including trend research, design, development, sampling and sign off with the Founder/COO. Build and maintain a clear critical path and seasonal launch calendar. Establish strong relationships with key suppliers and factories, ensuring quality, value and agility. Implement data-driven range planning using sales, margin and performance insights.

Commercial & Operational Excellence



Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, costings and lead times. Own product margin, ensuring pricing architecture and supplier strategy deliver profitability targets. Establish scalable systems and data automation to lay the groundwork for futurePLM/ERP integration.

Team Development



Recruit, coach and inspire a small but high-impact team. Foster a culture of creativity, accountability and pace. Provide clarity, process and mentorship as the business scales.

Profile



You will have:

Significant experience in Buying Management, within the Jewellery sector. Proven relationship building skills at a senior level, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively in a founder-led business. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track record of delivering profitable strategies and meeting key financial targets. Live and breathe the Bohomoon customer, instinctively knowing what she'll love next. Proven track record of growing margin through direct sourcing and supplier optimisation. Collaborative, hands on and highly organised, able to operate strategically while still close to the detail. Shopify experience is beneficial but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 70,000.00-90,000.00 per year
