Our Role
As Head of Production & Creative Operations, you will be a dynamic, operationally strong, and solutions-focused leader with deep expertise in studio production and creative operations. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of stills and video creative assets: from the moment a brief enters the studio, through to resourcing, scheduling, shoot execution, post-production and final output.
You'll lead a busy, high-performing production and creative ops team: overseeing daily production needs as well as driving operational excellence. You will be accountable for ensuring briefs across our Home and Clothing businesses are strategically filtered, expertly scoped, scalable, and delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
Reporting into the Chief Creative Officer, you'll partner closely with the Head of Creative, Brand Marketing, and Buying and Merchandising teams to bring our brand to life through seamless studio processes and efficient content creation. Your leadership will be instrumental in setting the pace, standard, and efficiency of how contemporary, elevated, multimedia creative is produced at scale for our brand.
This is a pivotal role that blends planning, people leadership, production management, and process innovation: ensuring our creative studio and production team are primed to deliver best-in-class content for our channels and ambitions.
