Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused

Head of Project Delivery

to lead enterprise-scale development programs that span both hardware and software domains. This is a senior leadership role accountable for the successful execution of complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and time-to-market expectations.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the delivery lifecycle--from planning and resourcing to execution, stakeholder engagement, and value realization--across mission-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale enterprise projects involving both hardware and software components. Develop and enforce robust project governance, risk management practices, and delivery frameworks across the portfolio. Drive delivery excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance. Manage program dependencies, technical risks, change control, and integration challenges across multi-disciplinary teams. Define and report on key delivery KPIs and provide clear, actionable insights to executive leadership. Establish and scale delivery processes and tools to support consistent execution across a growing organization. Mentor and lead a team of project and program managers, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture. Coordinate third-party vendors and system integrators where applicable.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in leading complex technical project delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Demonstrated success delivering integrated hardware/software programs in a highly regulated or mission-critical environment. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and IT. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (Master's degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification a plus).
