Are you ready to shape the physical and operational backbone of a nationwide business?
Can you unify diverse functions and drive forward margin improvement, sustainability, and cost optimisation?
This is senior leadership role will provide a unified leadership and direction to a team of up to 15 across three areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and board level strategy. This role will play a key role in influencing and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
Could you be the strategic leader we're looking for?
This role involves integrating Property, Buying, and Facilities into a unified function that aligns with the overall business strategy! You'll lead, develop, and encourage three functional managers and their teams, ensuring consistent high performance across all areas. As a senior leader, you'll also act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, offering insight on commercial priorities, compliance, and long-term strategy.
Property:Develop and deliver a strategic property plan including acquisition, lease management, and refurbishment. Coordinate capital projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget and timing goals. Ensure full regulatory compliance and site readiness across our estate.

Buying:Lead the procurement strategy for goods and materials across retail, production and service areas. Lead pricing initiatives to balance profitability with market competitiveness. Supervise and lead stock levels, turnover, and supplier performance.

Facilities Management:Lead all aspects of facilities operations--maintenance, security, cleaning and service contracts--across all sites. Ensure compliance, presentation, and operational perfection. Drive sustainability forward with smart, scalable solutions.

You'll know you're succeeding when:You've reduced costs while improving service and site performance. Stock is optimised, suppliers are delivering, and stakeholders are engaged. Major projects land on time and on budget.

Do you bring the right experience?Senior leadership in buying, property, or facilities across a multi-site business. Strong commercial skill with shown cost control and pricing strategy experience. Project management experience across estates, refurbishments or site launches. Excellent IT and data capability, including Excel and inventory/FM systems.
