Ratcliffes Property Investors LLP is seeking a Head of Property to assist with the investment management of our existing commercial property portfolio, predominantly focused on high street retail.
Candidates must be at least five years post RICS qualification, be extremely organised and possess excellent communication skills. We are searching for someone highly versatile with a broad range of experience and the ability to solve complex problems.

The work is wide-ranging, multidisciplinary, and offers the opportunity to oversee a large portfolio with the benefit of a state-of-the-art property management software.
We are in the early stages of establishing a small regulated alternative property investment fund to significantly expand our business operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in this process and to help shape the future of the firm.
The role reports directly to the Managing Partner.
Duties
Oversee all forms of property related work including valuations (not Red Book), lease renewals, rent reviews, lease expiries, vacancies, dilapidations and new lettings.
Manage all associated professionals including Landlord & Tenant Surveyors, Letting Agents, Solicitors, Architects and Main Contractors to ensure successful outcomes.
Answer Investor enquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Undertake inspections of existing and new properties.
Maintain accurate records using property management software (Re Leased).
Ensure positive communication and collaboration with office colleagues, providing regular updates to the Managing Partner.
Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Re Leased or a similar property management software.
Valid UK Driving Licence
