Oversee logistics, warehousing, and inventory control, ensuring timely and accurate supply to clinical operations. Implement procurement systems, policies, and controls to enhance visibility and reporting. Collaborate closely with clinical leadership, finance, and operations teams to forecast demand and manage budgets. Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Travel between London and Varna (frequently during onboarding and setup phase, then periodically thereafter).

Requirements

Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or a related industry. Strong understanding of international purchasing, logistics, and compliance (UK and EU). Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with experience implementing or optimising ERP/procurement systems. Willingness and ability to travel frequently between the UK and Bulgaria (initially intensive, then as needed). Fluency in English (Bulgarian language skills are a plus but not required).
