A high-growth, mission-driven cybersecurity scale-up are looking for a

Head of QA

to elevate quality from a process to a culture -- embedding automation, consistency, and collaboration across all products and teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the QA transformation strategy across web, desktop, and mobile security products Embed automation-first principles into the secure development lifecycle Build scalable frameworks and test architectures for complex, multi-platform environments Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability, visibility, and release confidence Define and track key quality metrics including automation coverage, defect escape rate, and release stability Coach and scale a high-performing QA team while fostering a culture of shared quality ownership Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product, and Security teams Champion modern tooling, continuous improvement, and data-led decision-making to reduce risk and accelerate delivery

What You Bring

Proven leadership in QA within high-growth or cybersecurity-focused environments Strong hands-on expertise in automation framework design, CI/CD integration, and test reliability Advanced programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python Experience leading QA across multi-platform stacks (web, desktop, mobile) Track record of mentoring and scaling QA teams while embedding a culture of ownership and accountability Strategic mindset with the ability to balance speed, risk, and user trust Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with performance testing, observability, and modern QA tooling Passion for building secure, seamless user experiences that earn customer confidence
