Job Description


Our Product Engineering Leadership team is growing, and we are looking for a Head of Quality Assurance to join us on our journey!
Your day-to-day

  • Define, communicate, and execute a company-wide QA and test automation strategy aligned with business and product goals;
  • Continuously evolve QA practices, tooling, and frameworks to meet the demands of a growing, fast-paced engineering environment;
  • Establish and track key quality KPIs (e.g., defect density, release readiness, automation coverage), using metrics to drive insight and improvement;
  • Lead root cause analyses and systemic corrective action to drive continuous quality improvements;
  • Build, mentor, and scale distributed QA teams, fostering a culture of ownership, technical excellence, and innovation;
  • Promote modern test architecture and scalable automation frameworks across teams;
  • Hire, retain, and develop top QA talent to support current and future growth;
  • Embed quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality, regression-free releases;
  • Advocate and implement "shift-left" testing principles - empowering teams to address quality earlier in the development lifecycle;
  • Oversee functional, integration, performance, security, and usability testing initiatives across multiple products and platforms;
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Security teams to align on quality goals, processes, and release readiness criteria;
  • Communicate QA strategy, progress, and risk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence;
  • Drive a shared accountability model for quality across the organisation.
Your background and mindset
  • Strong understanding of various testing types: functional, automated, performance, security, and integration testing;
  • Experience scaling test automation within agile, CI/CD environments;
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong advantage;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire QA teams across locations and time zones;
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Comfortable articulating quality strategy and results to diverse audiences, including executives;
  • Experience with performance or security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner);
  • Exposure to quality standards or certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 2, industry-specific compliance);
  • Excellent written and verbal English;
  • Previous experience in iGaming is a plus
