Head of Real Estate Operations

We\'re looking for a forward thinking and analytical Real Estate Professional to come and join us. You\'ll be responsible for supporting the Workplace team in making Real Estate decisions based on real time data and trends in the markets we operate in across the globe. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Global Workplace as part of the Workplace leadership team.

Your mission

Real Estate/Portfolio

Manage the international portfolio (critical dates, expirations, payment schedules), including direct leases, subleases and serviced office agreements in partnership with our Real Estate service provider.

Taking holistic view on end-to-end real estate lifecycle and recommend what route to take with data backing the decision in the market.

Perform reviews and analysis of all lease documents and transactions.

Monitor and track upcoming critical dates, lease expirations, rent payment schedules, and other obligations associated with our property leases.

Partner with internal and external Legal and other cross-functional teams on the review of real estate transactions.

Budgets and Data Analysis

Gather and analyse a variety of workplace data and metrics, e.g. headcount forecasts and use these findings to provide reports, business cases and deliver insights on future needs.

Build financial models to compare CAPEX and OPEX impacts (including buy vs. lease) of different scenarios and partner closely with the FP&A Team.

A bit about you

  • Have worked and delivered internationally for more than 10 years and have managed a team across multiple countries
  • Experience with the latest Real Estate technology to support our goal of embracing AI and future of work tools
  • Detail oriented and analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Must have
  • Demonstrable experience in Global Real Estate delivery for fast paced organisations
  • Demonstrable financial and data literacy experience including budget management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting and storytelling.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to think \'big picture\'.
  • Strong Leadership and influencing skills
Some extra skills that would be awesome
  • Proficiency in excel, google suite and slack software tools.
  • Experience in leading Workplace strategic shifts and managing the change cycle
Salary (annual)
100,000 - 120,000 GBP
