We are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales who thrives in a structured, KPI-driven environment and takes full ownership of results. This role is for someone who values clarity, consistency, and follow-through. You must enjoy actively participating in daily tasks and operations, staying closely involved with your team's work, offering direct coaching and providing immediate support to your team. You will be proactive when it comes to problem solving and be an open communicator with your team.
The Role
Full accountability for sales performance, KPIs, forecasting, and reporting
Daily execution of core management disciplines
Leading structured sales meetings with clear actions
Maintaining standards across process, behaviour, and performance
Addressing issues directly to keep the department on track
About You
Comfortable with personal accountability for numbers and outcomes
Proven at delivering daily disciplines consistently
Resilient when challenged and open to scrutiny
Clear, direct communicator who closes issues
Strong follow-through -- actions completed without chasing
Prefers simple, repeatable processes and enforces them well
You must hold a full clean UK driving licence and a minimum of 2 years-experience in a performance-orientated role, consistently exceeding KPIs.
