This includes creating detailed digital assets for buildings or locations, such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), architectural plans, animations, virtual reality content, videos, and infographics. We host all these assets on our Digital Twin platform. This platform combines data from several sources and serves as the "Single Source of Truth" for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the safety and wellness of residents and buildings.
We developed Twinnedit to prevent tragedies like the Grenfell Tower fire from happening again. For nearly seven years, we have supported the residential housing sector. Head of Sales
to help our CEO ASAP!
The Role
As Head of Sales, you'll drive B2B growth across property owners, housing associations, local authorities, and commercial real estate. You'll lead the full sales cycle -- from first contact to close -- backed by a powerful platform, strong brand and a visionary product team.
This role is hybrid: you'll work remotely, travel for client visits, and join us at our Cannock HQ for team sessions and strategy alignment.
What You'll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities in key sectors
Lead consultative sales engagements with multi-stakeholder clients
Build ROI cases across departments: safety, sustainability, compliance, and capital planning
Collaborate with our CEO and technical team to tailor solutions
Attend applicable networking and trade exhibitions across the country,represent the brand, grow awareness, close deals
Use your influence to move complex deals from demo to decision
Manage and report your pipeline via CRM and regular review cycles
What You'll Need
Proven experience in
B2B sales
(ideally SaaS, proptech, or construction-tech)
Proven success in overachieving multiple six-figure annual targets
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A consultative approach -- you sell solutions*, not just software Understanding of how built environment organisation's function (FM, housing, estates, compliance, sustainability)
Ambition, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to travel across the UK as needed
