Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to spearhead our sales efforts and drive growth within the exhibition design and build sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs). This role involves global travel and the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the exhibition industry. Oversee and manage high-value projects from inception through to execution, ensuring quality and client satisfaction throughout. Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with the design and project management teams to align client requirements with our service offerings. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships. Ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in sales leadership within the exhibition, events, or related industry, with a successful track record of handling large projects. Strong understanding of the exhibition design and build process, including project management principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Willingness to travel globally as required for client meetings and industry events. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
