ECTA Training is a subsidiary of the B2W Group, a large further education and training group operating across England. ECTA Training is responsible for delivering the groups "trades" based training offer with a focus on electrical, gas, plumbing and heating and renewable technologies. ECTA operates from a 14,000 sqft training centre in Hazel Grove (Greater Manchester) with a second site 10,000 sqft site due to open January 2026 in St Neots (Cambridgeshire).
Role Description
You will use your commercial expertise, playing a central role in shaping and executing GTM and customer acquisition strategies. Your key focus will be on driving revenue growth, securing new customers and increasing brand awareness.
The successful individual will be responsible for their own performance and expected to directly hold their own business development targets, with the capacity to begin building a team within 3-6 months.
The role holder will attend Senior Leadership meetings as required and will report monthly to the Directors.
