Following a successful $20M Series A, they are now entering an exciting phase of international expansion -- with EMEA at the heart of their growth strategy.
The Role
As Head of Sales, EMEA, you will take ownership of the EMEA sales function, leading a team of six sales representatives focused on mid-market and enterprise growth across the region. You'll bring a people-first leadership approach, balancing team coaching with hands-on commercial execution. You'll work cross-functionally with global leadership, marketing, and product teams to help shape the go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 sales representatives across EMEA.
Own the EMEA revenue number, ensuring the team delivers against quarterly and annual targets.
Partner with Marketing and Product to optimise lead flow, messaging, and customer success.
Build and scale outbound and inbound sales motions to increase pipeline and conversion.
Represent the region in global leadership meetings, sharing insights and influencing strategy.
Hire, onboard, and develop new sales talent as the team continues to scale.
About You
Proven leadership experience managing sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisations across EMEA.
A hands-on, player-coach mentality -- equally comfortable in team leadership and customer-facing execution.
Passion for sustainability, technology, and purpose-driven business.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
