Our Sales & Marketing Team sits at the core of business development and revenue generation at CTI. As the engine for securing new logos, the team excels at selling complex technical solutions. We blend strategic thinking with commercial acumen to craft powerful and innovative solutions for our clients. The mission is clear: drive significant new business growth. The team works hand-in-hand with Client Services on account expansion, collaborating closely with Marketing, Tech, and Customer Success to ensure our solutions deliver exceptional value and satisfaction that truly aligns with client needs.#

What you'll be doing





As our Head of Sales, you'll be the pivotal leader responsible for driving CTI's next era of commercial growth. You will take full ownership of the commercial strategy, positioning CTI as the trusted partner for digital marketing, development, and next-gen solutions, including AI and Extended Reality (XR). This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role where you'll define the market, mentor the team, and personally lead on securing the highest-value accounts.

You'll also be responsible for the following key areas:


Strategic & CommercialDefine and own the overall commercial strategy to achieve ambitious revenue goals, with a clear focus on high-growth sectors and long-term partnerships. Pioneer the growth of our next-gen solutions, strategically positioning services like AI and XR in the market and ensuring the sales team is equipped to articulate their value. Provide regular, data-driven insight to senior leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to steer the business's direction. Work closely with our Marketing team to align campaigns, lead generation, and messaging with sales objectives.
Team & LeadershipRecruit, retain, and develop sales talent, ensuring the team has the right structure and capabilities to scale and excel. Set clear KPIs, goals, and incentives to drive accountability, performance, and a culture of continuous improvement. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sales function and with cross-functional teams, including delivery, client services, and finance. Mentor and coach the team, helping them to master a consultative, solution-based sales approach
Operational ExcellenceImplement consistent sales processes, playbooks, and best practices across the team to improve efficiency and consistency. Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to the board. Take ownership of the CRM and sales tooling ecosystem, driving adoption and leveraging data/automation to improve efficiency and visibility
Client & Revenue GrowthPersonally lead on strategic pitches and relationship-building with high-value prospects. Support account growth by partnering with delivery and client services teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Champion the client experience throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth handover into delivery.

Key qualities and experience include:Proven Senior Leadership & Strategy: Experience in a senior sales leadership role with a clear track record of defining and implementing a cohesive sales strategy that delivered significant revenue growth. Next-Gen Solution Selling: A background in selling complex technical solutions, ideally within the SaaS, digital agency, or tech industry, with an ability to grasp and articulate the value of AI, XR, and other innovative technologies. Commercial Acumen: Deep experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and strategic adjustments. Inspirational Communication: A confident and clear communicator who can provide strategic direction to a team, negotiate effectively with executive-level clients, and present complex information to senior leadership. Talent Development: A proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a sales team, fostering an environment where individuals can reach their full potential and a goal-oriented culture. Operational Mindset: A proactive approach to optimising sales processes, leveraging CRM and automation to improve efficiency and data quality
