We're now looking for a Head of Sales to take ownership of the sales function and help us scale the next phase properly.

The Sales Team

The team works. Your job is to make it predictable, scalable, and less founder-dependent.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Owning sales performance end-to-end
Leading and managing a remote / hybrid sales team
Driving activity, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy
Coaching reps through call reviews, 1:1s, and performance plans
Improving close rates and consistency across the team
Owning HubSpot CRM, reporting, and dashboards for the CEO
Hiring, onboarding, and ramping future sales hires
Helping shape the future structure of the sales organisation as we grow
Supporting the transition to a hybrid model when an office is introduced
This is a hands-on leadership role. You're accountable for outcomes.
CRM & Reporting
Strong, practical experience with HubSpot CRM is essential
Comfortable owning:
pipeline structure
activity tracking
forecasting
clear reporting to the CEO
You believe CRM discipline is non-negotiable

Office introduced later as the business scales
You must be comfortable leading teams both remotely and in-person

Compensation
60k-85k base, depending on experience
Performance-linked bonus
OTE 90k-110k+
