Job Description

A leading international organisation is seeking an accomplished Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and inspire their global Sales & Marketing function. This is a high-profile role with responsibility for driving new business, increasing sales of services, and expanding a worldwide membership base.
What You'll Do:

• Design and implement a global commercial strategy across multiple divisions.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Sales & Marketing teams.
• Drive sales across diverse services and increase international membership.
• Build key account plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, and establish strategic targets.
• Develop and manage events, exhibitions, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Regularly visit and maintain relationships with key clients globally.

About You:

• Proven experience creating and executing commercial strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring teams.
• Excellent understanding of diverse industries and supply chains.
• Results-driven with experience setting targets and measuring performance.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Confident meeting stakeholders at all levels and comfortable with international travel.
• Competent with Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom, PowerPoint, and delivering presentations/webinars.
• Full driving licence essential.

Desirable:

• Experience in testing or certification environments.
• Skilled in event planning and delivery.
• Social media management experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
