Key Responsibilities:Lead and guide the External Sales Team to maximize effectiveness and ensure complete coverage throughout the UK.
Attain sales region and team sales & profit targets by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating sales professionals.
Cultivate strong relationships with key customers to boost sales opportunities and maintain direct contact with decision-makers.
Guarantee regional account managers meet expectations by managing customers, following up on quotes & projects, utilizing Sales Hub, and collaborating with branch & support teams.
Proactively build customer relationships and action plans, working with internal stakeholders to establish crucial business connections.
Requirements:Previous experience in sales management.
