Head of Sales Operations(London/Hybrid)
Following internal promotion we are hiring for a Head of Sales Operations based in our London office with hybrid, flexible working. You'll provide business ownership of CRM development, manage the implementation and integration of BAU requirements whilst maximising value of the platform. Leading a team and utilising our Salesforce CRM, you'll focus on turning sales data into actionable insights that will strategically guide decision making, whilst driving consistent adoption and improvement of sales metrics across the organisation.
Your new role:Serve as the business owner for the EO Salesforce org, working in partnership with IT and Operations
Determine QBE salesforce business strategy working closely with the business to drive implementation and adoption
Create and embed Salesforce policy and processes across EO to ensure a cohesive and consistent strategy is in place.
Effectively use project management methodologies to implement and conform to agreed and active standards, processes and templates in order to ensure appropriate methods and approaches are adopted
Identify and monitor risks and issues, managing inter-dependencies between projects, implementing solutions and providing recommendations
Perform analysis of data sets to identify trends across product lines, Broker Segments and Client Segments
Motivate and develop the team by demonstrating QBE essential behaviours, and facilitate development of the team to support achievement of business goals
About you:Notable Sales Operations experience, with a clear ability to deliver sales insights through CRM management (any CRM platform e.g. salesforce of dynamics)
Experience operating in a data centric, regulated or financial services environment, insurance knowledge is not required
Clear capability to people manage and demonstrable leadership skills
Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and interpersonal skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
