About the Role:
We're building something bold -- a new kind of science media brand, where global research meets cinematic storytelling.
As Head of Strategic Partnerships, you'll be the bridge between our creative vision and the institutions, organisations, and individuals who want to be part of it.
You'll lead outreach and relationship development across universities, NGOs, cultural institutions, and mission-aligned groups -- working closely with the CEO and creative team to bring ambitious collaborations to life.
What You'll Do:
Cultivate and manage partnerships with leading research institutions and public-interest organisations
Represent the brand in high-level meetings and events -- both in-person and virtual
Help shape new editorial campaigns and flagship series by identifying potential collaborators
Collaborate with producers and creatives to ensure projects align with partner goals
Act as a connector between ideas, talent, and opportunity
What You Bring:
Experience building partnerships or institutional relationships (e.g. higher ed, research, public engagement, non-profit, media)
A sharp instinct for how to communicate complex ideas simply, without dumbing them down
A credible, thoughtful presence in the room -- comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders and researchers
Organised, self-directed, and able to manage long timelines without losing momentum
Deep curiosity about science, culture, and storytelling
Bonus If:
You've worked in or around science communication, public engagement, higher education, or editorial development
You know how the ecosystem of research institutions, public funding, and media production fits together
You care as much about impact as you do about delivery

Pay: 55,000.00-81,952.00 per year
