We are now seeking a

dynamic Sales Manager

to join us at our Stockport base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales leadership and ready to take ownership of building and driving a motivated sales team.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Expanding, managing, and inspiring a sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets. Designing and delivering ongoing sales training to ensure team success. Setting clear sales targets and KPIs, and monitoring performance against them. Creating and presenting regular reports for senior management. Supporting and motivating the team through effective coaching, mentoring, and recognition. Developing strategies to grow new business and strengthen existing client relationships. Handling day-to-day sales management responsibilities to keep the team aligned and focused.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role (preferably in aesthetics, beauty, health & wellness, or a related industry). it is essential that you are familiar with CRM systems, with HubSpot a distinct advantage (though not essential). Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and grow a team. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. A results-driven mindset and experience working to targets. Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. A passion for the aesthetics and non-invasive treatments industry is a big plus.

What We Offer

OTE of 80k +
