1-2 weeks just to get on a Zoom call with the directors
, which is delaying conversions and leaving revenue on the table. This role exists to
eliminate that bottleneck
, speak to qualified leads quickly (ideally same-day or within 24 hours), and ensure every serious buyer is supported, reassured, and fast-tracked to close.
You'll also be responsible for
tracking every lead you speak with
, making sure the closers and team are following up properly, and working alongside the Sales Director (Lucy) to hold the team accountable and hit KPIs.
What You'll Do
Run all
final-stage Zoom calls
with warm, high-intent leads
Present our model, walk through financial forecasts, overcome objections, and guide buyers toward action
Hand clients back to closers to issue contracts and collect payment
Monitor and follow up with every lead you've spoken to, ensuring no deals are dropped
Manage and drive performance from a team of
3-5 closers
and
2 appointment setters
Collaborate daily with Lucy (Sales Director) and attend a
weekly performance meeting with the directors (Friday)
Push the team to consistently hit
20-25 sales/month
and scale revenue
Report metrics, bottlenecks, and opportunities directly to the founders
What You'll Need
Minimum 3 years in
high-ticket sales
(10k-50k+), ideally over Zoom
Strong background managing or mentoring sales teams
Highly proactive mindset -- you follow up, drive urgency, and close with confidence
A polished, persuasive Zoom presence with excellent communication skills
Comfortable owning targets, improving systems, and reporting performance to directors

Base Salary
: 55,000 - 65,000/year dependant on experience
