Kawasaki Motors UK are the UK branch office of Kawasaki Motors Europe.

From our Bourne End offices we manage the sales, marketing and support for Kawasaki motorcycles, ATV, SxS and Jet Ski products.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this role heads up the Sales Support function of KMUK. Overseeing product supply (M/C, ATV, Mule and Jet Ski) plus Parts and Accessory to our franchised dealer networks. Responsible for a team of four, ensuring a smooth running of dealer and internal facing support functions, product flow and reporting.

The successful candidate will be a motivational team leader with experience of logistics, stock management, importation regulations as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Management of the Sales Support department

Relationship management of external/internal logistics partners

Stock flow management - European and UK warehouse flow

Reporting administration, both internal and external (KMUK/KME/MCIA/AEA/CAP etc.)

Systems management with product supply information

Key Attributes/skills

Proven experience in a leadership role within logistics/distribution. Strong understanding of logistics processes and methodologies. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage an experienced team. Experience of Qlick, AS400, MIS plus advanced excel skills. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on results.
This is majority office based role so should be based within commuting distance of SL85XF

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
