Head of SAP ERP Applications

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of 8 in-house SAP experts, fostering a high-performance culture Oversee three productive SAP ERP system lines, ensuring effective Incident, Problem, and Change Management Manage multiple external IT service providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions Drive the strategic transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA in close collaboration with business stakeholders Ensure service excellence while continuously optimising operational costs across the SAP application landscape

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ERP environments and IT leadership roles Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is highly desirable Strong background in IT Service Management, Sourcing, Finance, and Project Management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English (German is a plus)
