The role:

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed Director of Learning for one of our 3 schools. We are looking for someone who can provide high quality pastoral and academic support to students and who is able to lead the further development of the school. As a Director of Learning/Head Of School you would develop and embed an ethos of high expectations, outstanding attitudes to learning and exemplary conduct within your school, as well as develop strong professional relationships with students and parents. The post is ideal for an experienced teacher or an experienced support staff leader wishing to pursue their career in a successful academy with an excellent reputation.
