About the Role:



The Cambridge School of Creative Industries at Anglia Ruskin University offers a diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in fields such as film, television, media, music, computer games, writing, drama, and performing arts. Leveraging its strong industry connections within Cambridge and beyond, the school provides students with first class opportunities to showcase their creativity and build professional networks. The school comprises of professionals with extensive industry experience, ensuring that students get real world practical experience. The school has produced graduates who have achieved recognition in their respective fields, including award-winning authors, performers and film-makers. With a commitment to nurturing creativity through experimentation and critical thinking, the Cambridge School of Creative Industries transforms the lives of our students equipping them with the skills and knowledge to have successful careers in the Creative Industries sector.



Based predominantly on the Cambridge campus, you'll provide strategic leadership and management of the Cambridge School of Creative Industries across education, research and innovation, and external engagement. You'll play a crucial role in the development of innovative and effective partnership working in the UK and internationally. You will also lead the development of new curricula in Chelmsford and online and develop the school's potential for further degree apprenticeships, short courses and CPD.



With a PhD or professional doctorate, you'll be an experienced academic leader with an excellent track record of affecting positive change.
