This is a field base role with options of office space within the region.

Our showrooms reflect the latest trends in design and innovation, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Head of Showrooms to lead our team and drive growth.

Job Summary:



As the Head of Showrooms, you will be responsible for managing showroom operations across the Branch network, leading a team of designers, and driving sales performance. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role ideal for someone with leadership experience in retail or design sales, particularly within the kitchen and bathroom industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, train, and support the showroom sales team to meet and exceed sales targets Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial consultation to project completion Maintain showroom presentation and ensure it reflects brand and design standards Analyse performance data, track KPIs, and report on sales metrics Collaborate with marketing, design, and installation teams to ensure project success

Requirements:



3+ years of sales experience, ideally in kitchen, bathroom, or interior design At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities Familiarity with CRM systems and design tools (e.g. CAD, Winner, Visualsoft) is a plus
