What You'll Do

Deliver Profitability:

Improve margins, reduce waste, and maximize return on investment.

Own Site Performance:

Lead all aspects of production, safety, quality, and customer service.

Strategic Leadership:

Translate business goals into operational plans and deliver results.

Drive Continuous Improvement:

Implement efficiency initiatives and cost-saving strategies.

Inspire Teams:

Build a high-performance culture and develop future leaders.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in senior operations or site management within manufacturing.

Proven track record of improving profitability and delivering ROI. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. IOSH certification (or similar) for health & safety. Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs. Valid UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:

MBA or postgraduate qualification, ERP experience, ISO frameworks, and data analysis tools.

Hours:

37.5 per week, Monday-Friday (flexibility required)
