Our client a leading global media business and one of the biggest creators of social content in the world is looking for a Head of Social Creative to shape the next chapter of original storytelling across its vast social network. With over 150m followers across multiple social channels (including; TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook etc), this is a career-defining role at the heart of a fast-moving, audience-obsessed team.
The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with sharp editorial instincts, visual flair, and a commercial mindset - just as comfortable workshopping TikTok formats with producers as pitching a series to brands. You should have a portfolio of work that shows creativity, originality and an understanding of audience behaviour on social platforms.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of standout, platform-first content that resonates with modern audiences and delivers commercial value. Working across short-form video, Instagram stories, TikToks, memes, visuals, and explainers - developing ideas that are journalistic, entertaining, and brand enhancing.
