, you'll report directly to the Divisional CEO and sit on the senior leadership team, shaping the architecture and delivery of our contractor-focused mobile apps and web platforms.

What You'll Lead

Technical Strategy & Vision

- Define and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring our products evolve ahead of business and user needs.

Architecture Leadership

- Own the design of scalable, cloud-native, API-first systems across mobile and web platforms.

Product Delivery

- Lead the end-to-end development of contractor apps and client-facing platforms, translating product ideas into high-quality, shipped software.

Development Excellence

- Build and embed a culture of CI/CD, automated testing, DevOps best practice, and rapid iteration.

AI-Accelerated Development

- Champion smart adoption of AI and automation to shorten build cycles, improve quality, and drive developer productivity.

Team Leadership

- Grow and inspire a strong development team, setting standards in technical craft, collaboration, and delivery discipline.

Platform Evolution

- Shape and manage transitions from legacy systems to modern, cloud-native solutions without disrupting service.

Commercial Impact

- Connect technology decisions directly to business outcomes, ensuring our products deliver measurable value to contractors, clients, and the group.

What You Bring

Track Record of Software Leadership

- 3+ years leading product development teams, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or platform businesses.

Cloud-Native & API Expertise

- Proven track record designing and scaling cloud-native applications (Azure preferred).

Architecture Depth

- Proven ability to design, evolve, and modernise systems for scale and performance.

Delivery Credibility

- Managed migrations and complex product builds without service disruption.

Product Mindset

- Clear evidence of aligning technology decisions with user needs and business growth.

Fintech/Payments Advantage

- Background in financial services technology is a plus
