This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Head of Uber Advertising, EMEA. You'll be responsible for accelerating our partnerships with major non-endemic brands and top-tier media agencies. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of Uber's advertising business in one of our most exciting markets.




What You'll Do

Lead with Vision

: Set and execute a clear, data-backed strategy to grow Uber Ads across the UK, aligning team efforts with broader business goals.

Build & Inspire

: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals-championing collaboration, ownership, and accountability.

Drive Results

: Own and deliver revenue targets while maintaining a laser focus on business impact, quality of execution, and customer success.

Engage the Industry

: Be a visible thought leader by representing Uber at key industry events, roundtables, and client engagements.

Strengthen Relationships

: Foster deep, senior-level partnerships across holding companies, agencies, and major brands.

Partner Cross-Functionally

: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Marketing, Measurement, and Global Ads leaders to ensure your clients are getting best-in-class solutions.

Forecast with Confidence

: Maintain a precise handle on revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and team performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications

Proven experience leading digital ad sales teams with a strong track record across both agencies and brand clients. Deep expertise in digital media-including programmatic, display, video, mobile, and performance advertising. A well-developed network of senior contacts across UK media agencies and brands. 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the advertising or media space. Strong commercial acumen, with a consistent history of beating revenue goals and driving business impact. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and build trust at all levels-internally and externally.

Preferred Experience

Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments-ideally with experience in tech, media, or start-up ecosystems. * Demonstrated success in building, managing, and scaling high-performing teams-with a passion for coaching and development.
