About You We are seeking a strategic thinker and collaborative leader who can turn complex ideas into clear, actionable strategy. You will bring: A proven track record of strategic leadership in health, care, or digital transformation. Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills. The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex policy environments.

Deep understanding of the NHS Wales context and the opportunities of digital health and care. A commitment to equity, inclusion, and citizen voice in strategy development. A postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field is required.
