We have an opportunity for a Head of Supply Chain to join our business at this exciting time, as we continue to scale.





The Head of Supply Chain is a brand new position within ENODA and will play a critical role as the conduit between R&D and the supply chain, ensuring that technically advanced products are supported by a robust and scalable supply ecosystem.



The business will be relying on you to ensure a consistent, high-quality, and scalable supply of components, equipment, and services for both development and high-volume manufacturing.

You'll spend your time:





Defining and leading the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy across product development, prototyping, and scaled manufacturing. Building and leading a high-performing team to support long-term growth. Acting as the technical interface between R&D and suppliers, ensuring new technologies can be manufactured as required and industrialised at scale. Supporting the development of supplier specifications and qualification protocols. Identifying and developing technically capable suppliers to meet innovation, quality, and delivery expectations. Ensuring a robust and flexible supply chain to meet current and future manufacturing needs. Driving logistics, planning, and materials availability for both prototype and production environments. Together with Procurement, leading high-value commercial negotiations with suppliers, including contractual terms, service agreements, and cost optimisation. Leading department audits to support the company drive for ISO accreditation. Supporting volume ramp-up strategies with a focus on repeatability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Monitoring and controlling production costs, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures. Proactively managing risk across the supply base and logistics network, including geopolitical, regulatory, and operational risks. Implementing digital tools (e.g., ERP, supply chain planning software) to enhance visibility and responsiveness across the value chain. Using data analytics and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance, identifying bottlenecks, and driving improvements. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

The key experience we're looking for:





Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 12+ years of experience in senior management roles leading supply chain or supplier development functions in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Strong technical acumen with the ability to evaluate supplier capabilities and technologies from early engineering concept solutions. A track record of successfully implementing and leading strategic initiatives to enhance supply chain robustness. Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and scaling to volume manufacturing Deep understanding of supply chain systems and tools (e.g., ERP, planning, sourcing, or logistics platforms) Commercially savvy with a track record in contract negotiation and supplier management. Ability to handle complex situations, navigate diverse teams, and achieve measurable results. Familiarity with working in fast-growing or scale-up environments. Understanding of quality systems (ISO 9001 etc.) and their application in supply chains. Experience managing and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, logistics, and procurement. Expertise in leveraging technology to enhance manufacturing and supply chain processes. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively, control costs, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Financial acumen and a commitment to risk management are essential.
The following would be advantageous:Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven, or regulated industry. Knowledge of circular economy or sustainable sourcing practices Familiarity with lean supply chain principles, S&OP, or advanced planning systems
