Head of Supply Chain
to join its high-performing Operations team.
This is a key role, responsible for managing the end-to-end supply plan - from purchasing and manufacturing through to fulfilment. You'll oversee supplier relationships, ensure the right stock levels to meet customer and retail demand, and play a central role in driving cost efficiencies, streamlining, and supporting new product launches.
What will you do?
Lead the end-to-end supply chain function, covering procurement, production, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics.
Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with company growth and commercial objectives.
Oversee a team managing supplier relationships, production schedules, and inventory planning.
Build strong strategic partnerships with contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and logistics providers.
Drive cost efficiency and gross margin improvement through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and process optimisation.
Ensure alignment between demand forecasts, supply planning, and financial targets.
Implement scalable systems and data-driven reporting to improve visibility, forecasting accuracy, and decision making.
Oversee supply readiness for new product development and international market launches.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business-wide goals.
Knowledge and skills required
7+ years' experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Background in FMCG with DTC experience.
Proven success leading multi-site or international supply chains.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience improving cost of goods, working capital, and gross margins.
Excellent analytical and systems capability.
Ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Strategic thinker with hands-on operational execution skills.
Strong communicator and relationship builder.
Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or scale-up environment.
