Family-owned since 1992 with 14 generations of cider-making heritage, we operate one of the UK's largest drinks production sites from our 40-acre facility in Shepton Mallet. Producing over 550 million units annually across six high-tech filling lines (cans, bottles, PET, kegs, and bulk liquid), we blend traditional craft with modern tech to serve major retailers and global brands.

At Brothers Drinks, innovation, quality, and integrity are at the heart of everything we do--and we're growing. To support this continued growth, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Supply Chain to join our leadership team.

The Role

As Head of Supply Chain, you'll lead the development and execution of a fully integrated supply chain strategy aligned to our business goals. You'll be responsible for ensuring optimum use of resources across procurement, planning, logistics, and systems--delivering outstanding quality, customer service, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver a long-term strategic vision for the Supply Chain function. Champion change and continuous improvement programmes that drive organisational effectiveness. Embed a culture of collaboration, development, and high performance across your team. Build and nurture strong supplier and customer relationships to drive value and innovation. Oversee cost delivery across procurement and supply chain, ensuring alignment with forecasted budgets. Collaborate with Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to drive procurement excellence. Ensure all products meet the highest standards in quality, health and safety. Lead innovation and NPD delivery through agile resource planning and system integration. Work closely with the Head of Systems on MRP implementation and system capability. Continuously build long-term supply chain capabilities to deliver sustainable competitive advantage.

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in supply chain within FMCG or manufacturing environments. Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results. Strong background in procurement, planning, logistics, and systems (including MRP). Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Passion for continuous improvement and team development. A hands-on, collaborative, can-do approach.

Pay: Up to 60,000.00 per year
