About the Role
As Head of Surgical Services, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all surgical specialties within the hospital. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient experience, ensuring clinical excellence, driving innovation, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership and management to the surgical teams across all theatres and specialties Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient delivery of surgical services Drive service improvement, patient safety, and clinical quality initiatives Collaborate with senior leadership and consultants on strategic planning and development Manage staffing, budgets, scheduling, and performance to meet service goals Ensure full regulatory compliance and best clinical practices at all times
What We're Looking For:
NMC or HCPC registration Proven leadership experience in a senior clinical or management role Strong understanding of private healthcare and CQC standards Exceptional communication, decision-making, and team leadership skills Ability to inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced setting
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
