As Head of TA, you'll set the strategy and direction for recruitment end-to-end - ensuring restaurant hiring scales at pace, leadership and HQ recruitment is future proof, and succession planning strengthens our pipeline. You'll own our employer brand and candidate experience, keeping Popeyes' people strategy ahead of the curve.
What You'll Do Here
Lead and evolve the TA function, setting the strategy to recruit at scale across 50+ new sites each year while ensuring existing restaurants remain fully staffed
Own the employer brand strategy, positioning Popeyes as the best place to work in QSR and showcasing us externally as an employer of choice
Implement innovative, data-driven recruitment processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and candidate experience
Provide regular MI and insight to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Partner with business leaders to anticipate future needs, develop succession plans, and strengthen internal mobility
Build and lead a high-performing TA team, developing capability and ensuring best-in-class delivery
Work with third-party providers (agencies, tech partners) to maximise performance and value
Ensure DI&B is embedded in everything we do - from attraction to selection - and drive community impact through partnerships and social responsibility
What You'll Have Done
Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within high-growth, high-volume environments
Led and developed a TA function, delivering results at scale while building capability in the team
Designed and implemented TA strategies that balance attraction, selection, and employer brand activation
Used data and insight to shape decision-making and continuously improve process and outcomes
Delivered exceptional candidate experiences while balancing speed, cost, and quality
Worked with DI&B as a core priority, ensuring talent strategies bring in diverse talent and provide equal opportunities
Collaborated cross-functionally to build robust succession planning and internal mobility strategies
